Foot on the right toe, lock out junzuki stance, heito strike under right
Shoulder blade.

Slide back and off jodan uke, drive in trap knee between left ippon-ken
And right ippon-ken strike to ribs.

Slide back and off jodan uke, lean back left hand deflect up right hand ippon-ken
Attack to right under arm, left hand vertical on right shoulder.

Slide back and off jodan uke, deflect attackers right hand with your right hand,
Grab right hand with your left hand, thumb on back off hand. Right
Heito up through head, right empi under right arm. Raising elbow lock
Step around with left foot, pull around and down, place knee on armpit,
Keep holding arm on floor, gyakuzuki jodan, right hand on elbow - step
AW& and throw away hand

Slide back and off. jodan uke, Slide back and off gedan-bari , left foot step hip-twist right
Block open hand pulls down punch, left upper-cut punch to ribs.

Tobikomizuki jodan, pull back left foot slightly and kick with right foot mawashigeri jodan
Slide back and off to the left into Shiko Dachi blocking behind the head jodan uke. Move slightly forwards to the centre of the attacker turning your hips to the left allowing the left foot to slide (so you’re now in right Junsuki no Tsukomi stance) striking to the centre of the chest with right hand shuto and blocking with left gedan barai. (Gedan barai should not need to make contact as your defence is carried out as the mawashigeri kick has not been fully delivered).

Slide back slightly while carrying out chudan Uchi uke then jodan uke, slide forward into Shiko Dachi attacking groin with ippon ken, slide in attacking while still in Shiko Dachi with empi uchi (right elbow using left hand clasped over right fist at shoulder height) hitting solar plexus, twist into right junsuki stance looking left and blocking the forearm with your left shuto uke and back of opponent’s hand with your right shuto uke. (Right knee presses against attackers leading leg unbalancing attacker while you release shuto uke).

Slide back slightly while carrying out chudan Uchi uke then stepping forward and to the right side of the opponent attack with nakadaka ippon ken to opponents throat/neck while the right hand blocks with right haishu uke

Slide back slightly while carrying out right chudan Uchi uke then right jodan uke, slide forward into right junsuki dachi looking left and blocking the forearm with your left shuto uke and attacking to the left of your opponents chest near the shoulder with right shuto. Draw left arm back at the same time grab the opponents left arm at shoulder with your right hand strike the groin with left haito uchi. Step under your right arm with left leg in right gyaku neko ashi dachi grabbing your opponents left leg. Throw the opponent over your right shoulder while using a lifting maneuver with the left hip dropping down and releasing your grasp on your opponent’s leg as their weight shifts forwards drawing back into left hiza dachi
